LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DISPUTES. APPLICABLE LAW
Disputes arising out of or in connection with the contract shall not be brought before the court, but will be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the law on arbitration applicable in Denmark.
All disputes arising out of the contract will be judged according to the Danish law.
INFORMATION ON APPEAL OPTIONS
If the customer wants to complain about the purchase of a product, service or the processing of its case, please write to Danimex at the e-mail address shop[@]danimex.com, with a detailed description of what happened and the desired action, alternatively by registered letter to our address: Danimex Communication A/S, Elholm 4, DK-6400 Sønderborg, Denmark, so that a satisfactory solution can be found.
If an acceptable solution can’t be achieved directly with us in Danimex, a complaint can be submitted to:

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
"Customer" shall mean the person purchasing products from Danimex.
"Products" shall collectively mean the physical products and / or services provided by Danimex.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the amount of the purchase will be automatically returned to the payment card with which the customer paid the order originally. Danimex may withhold the reimbursement until Danimex have received the returned product or until the customer have provided proof that the product is returned, whichever is earlier.
The right of withdrawal only applies to private consumers who shop via shop.danimex.com
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
DANIMEX RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
In the event of a complaint the customer can either have the product repaired, exchanged, get a refund or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate use. However, the right to make a complaint may be limited by the product’s natural lifespan.
EXCEPTIONS
Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product, as specifically described above. Danimex neither assumes nor authorizes any authorized service centre or any other person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability beyond that which is provided for in this limited warranty.
- The limited warranty does not cover the following reasons (not limited to):
Products or accessory equipment not provided by Danimex - Limited by the product’s natural lifespan to e.g. batteries*, voucher, similar products with limited life
- Failures or defects caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration or neglect
- Unauthorized installation, removal or repair
- Failure to follow instructions
- Force majeure: Fire, flood or other acts of nature, actions of third parties or other like events outside Danimex’ control
- Spills of food or liquids
- Power failure
- Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear
- Improper installation, maintenance, operation or repair
- Performance of the product when used in combination with other products or equipment not provided by Danimex
- Payments for labour or service to representatives or service centers not authorized by either Danimex or product manufacturer.
